Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners is a Garment Restoration Company. For over 30 years we have brought our Dry Cleaning expertise to all types of losses. Our company has extensive knowledge with all garments that have been affected by fire, smoke, water, wind, and mold.
History
Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners is the sister company to Michele Dry Cleaners. Damiano Fullone started Michele Dry Cleaners close to 40 years ago with the hope of delivering the very highest quality and customer service to the Smithtown area. He worked very hard to make Michele Dry Cleaners a household name in the area.
25 years ago Damiano started to share his knowledge of the business with his son’s Randy and Joe. He taught them many things about the business, but the two most important lessons he taught them was to treat every customer with courtesy and respect, and to always provide exceptional customer service.
In 1994 Damiano felt it was time for his son’s to take over the day to day operations of the business. The sons began taking the company to a new level by providing new services. One of those services was Restoration Dry Cleaning. They suddenly became well known in this area of the business due to their exceptional customer service.
Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners was created to separate the restoration end of the business with the retail end of the business. Capitol values all the relationships it has developed throughout the years and continues to build and cultivate business relationship
Management
Randy Fullone – Partner
Randy is a Smithtown native and has spent most of his life in the dry cleaning business. He has been instrumental in taking the business to a higher level. Randy knew eventually he will take over the business, so he felt the best thing for him and his business was to expand his knowledge of general business administration. In 1995 Randy recieved his bachelors in business administration from Dowling College. During this time Randy also took all the relevant courses at the New York School of Drycleaning and recieved all the certifications required to do business. Randy also serves a first responder on most losses.
Joe Fullone – Partner
Like his brother, Joe has spent most of his life in the dry cleaning business. He also attended Dowling College and studied business administration. Joe took his knowledge and applied it to the business. He compliments is brother Randy quite well. Both of their strengths have made for a great partnership. Joe has learned every technical aspect of the business, as well as the actual cleaning and pressing. He has set strict standards for quality control and delivers the very best in customer service.
Anthony Campagna – Partner
Anthony is also a Smithtown native and joined the Capitol team in early 2013. He graduated from Hofstra University in 1995 and earned his degree in Finance. Anthony then went on to work on Wall St. for the next 17 years. In 2012 Anthony left Wall St. and decided to bring his experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to the Capitol team. Anthony serves as both a first responder and the director of sales and marketing. He was also just added to the Board of The Long Island Insurance Community.
Deborah Holmes – Director of Sales and Marketing
Capitol is thrilled to have Deborah Holmes as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Deborah has had extensive experience in sales and marketing throughout her career, most recently with H2M Architects and Engineers. Deborah is the Vice President of Insurance Professionals Association of Long Island and serves on the board for The Long Island Insurance Community. Both outstanding organizations that benefit the Long Island community.
